Originally acquired in 2017, the site at 3049 Washington Pike underwent a thorough, multi-phase design process to ensure alignment with current market demands and Penn Cove Group’s development principles—emphasizing integrity, community impact, and long-term regional value.
Construction officially began in May 2024, launching a transformative commercial development in the heart of the South Hills. By October 2024, the core and shell were completed through the combined efforts of Wildman Chalmers Design, Martik Brothers, and KU Resources—marking a key milestone in bringing the project vision to life.
Anchored by Clearview Federal Credit Union and Cherry Way Dental, the development enhances local access to essential financial and healthcare services. Leasing, led by Michelle Stewart of JLL, was strategically guided by a focus on community needs and regional economic growth, ensuring a tenant mix that supports both residents and neighboring businesses.
More than just a new commercial space, 3049 Washington Pike exemplifies Penn Cove Group’s mission to invest with purpose—creating environments where business, people, and place intersect. From site selection through tenant delivery, every decision was made with a commitment to opportunity, inclusion, and long-term sustainability for the communities we serve.
