105 VIP Drive, strategically located just off the I-79 Wexford exit, was acquired by Penn Cove Group in 2017. The site, previously home to a King’s Family Restaurant, underwent a comprehensive transformation to be repurposed as a multi-tenant retail center.

The shell construction was completed in November 2018. The redevelopment included the addition of a drive-through for Starbucks and an outdoor seating area for Thorn Hill Tap House, enhancing the property’s appeal and functionality for a diverse range of tenants.
