In her previous role with the company, she worked side-by-side with PCG’s late founder, Brian Shanahan, helping to transform his visions into realities by asking the right questions and exploring all possibilities. As Vice President of Operations at Penn Cove Group, Tara leads critical operational functions across the firm and its portfolio companies, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. Her attention to detail and creativity help her manage multi-faceted projects while aligning them with PCG’s mission and core values, ultimately supporting the firm’s growth and success. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
