Amy has also been instrumental in executing eight mergers and acquisitions across fintech, real estate, and sports sectors, enhancing operational efficiency and profitability. She collaborates with the executive team to align budgets, forecast growth, and implement strategic initiatives. Her expertise spans financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, audits, and board reporting. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Duquesne University and is dedicated to driving long-term financial success.
