A Visionary Multi-Use Development

In 2013, Penn Cove Group (PCG) acquired the 56-acre Cool Springs campus, marking one of its earliest and most ambitious investments in community-focused development. With a vision to create a dynamic hub for health, wellness, and togetherness, PCG has transformed the site into a premier destination for both residents and visitors.

A key milestone in the campus’s evolution came in 2015 with the addition of the Allegheny Health Network Sports Complex. Spanning 170,000 square feet, this state-of-the-art facility features a multipurpose, fully turfed field, basketball courts, and an AHN wellness center designed to promote active lifestyles and support community health. 

The Allegheny Health Network Sports Complex now houses various trusted tenants, including AHN Sports Performance and Sports Medicine, Shoot 360, Century United Football Club, Pittsburgh Dance Conservatory, Burn Boot Camp, and Kiddie Academy.
