Pittsburgh, PA – Penn Cove Group (PCG) proudly announces the completion and opening of 3049 Washington Pike, a new 8,000-square-foot retail center located just off the I-79 Bridgeville exit. This thoughtfully designed commercial space reflects PCG’s commitment to investing in properties that drive long-term value, expand access to essential services, and strengthen the fabric of the surrounding community.

Originally acquired in 2017, the site was carefully evaluated through multiple design phases to ensure it would meet both current market needs and PCG’s development standards rooted in integrity and impact for the region.  Ground was broken in May 2024, marking the beginning of a transformative project and by October 2024, the building’s shell was successfully completed through the collaboration of Wildman Chalmers Design, Martik Brothers, and KU Resources.

With Clearview Federal Credit Union and Cherry Way Dental as anchor tenants, 3049 Washington Pike brings vital services closer to home for local residents and businesses. Leasing efforts, led by Michelle Stewart of JLL, focused on aligning the right tenant mix with community priorities and long-term regional growth.
